ARE ALLY DENOVO WATCHES WATERPROOF?

ALLY DENOVO Watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM. can withstand a breif submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or Diving. As water damage is not covered under warranty.

CAN I ADJUST MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

Unfortunately we cannot add anything to an existing order. Please place a new order for the new item.

I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1-3 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Do you have an active discount code?

We rarely have a special offer that would result in a discount on our products. However, if we do, we communicate it through our social media channels.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please contact us.

My watch or part of the watch is damaged, what do I do?

Please contact our customer care team through service@allydenovo.com and provide them with the following information: - a description and/or picture of the defect; - reference number of your order or a picture/copy of the receipt; - the name and place of the shop where you bought your watch; - your address details. Based on this information we will be able to further assist you.
